WHAT TO EXPECT
This is the retreat for you if you are feeling stuck in your fitness, emotional happiness, or even if you aren't exactly sure what's keeping you stuck. Through a five-phase process, we will go deep to uncover the shit that's making you miserable. It's really heavy work, it's not easy. We will shine a flashlight into the darkest places that you keep hidden and work towards reconciling, accepting, and moving forward into a life of freedom. So if you are willing to do the heavy lifting and get out of your comfort zone, come join me, meet your tribe, and let's take the steps together.

A GLIMPSE INTO THE RETREAT
We'll go back and go deep to try and figure out where the programming comes from. We will take a look at the beliefs you are using in your life that don't serve you anymore and replace them with updated positive beliefs. By the end, you will be feeling better, you will have begun the process of healing your life, and together we will create a schedule filled with purpose. When you leave my retreat, you will have learned the tools and skills necessary to continue down the path of healing and restoration.

We will learn techniques to take our bodies out of habitual fight or flight and learn to calm our nervous systems.
