WHAT TO EXPECT
The retreat weekend will be a place where your grief can safely be seen and witnessed, wherever you are in the process. Since grief can be painful, lonely, and confusing, you will be joining an immediate village of other people who are going through the same experience. Together we will achieve some healing through this weekend and you will leave with a tribe of fellow travelers on this incredibly difficult journey.

You will be staying at a beautiful rustic retreat venue tucked in the mountains of Mount Shasta, CA. Throughout the retreat, we will share meaningful experiences, build lifelong relationships, and find balance in the beauty of our natural surroundings. You may come feeling broken but you will leave not only knowing you have an extensive circle of support but also a new-found strength and hope for the future.

Grief Yoga uses yoga, movement, breath and sound to release pain and suffering and to reconnect back to love.
DAILY EXCURSIONS
Reconnecting with nature and our beautiful surroundings enables us to disconnect from our busy lives.
MEDITATION
Enables us to silence the mind,
and connect with our inner
wisdom and intuition.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICES
We will learn techniques to take our bodies out of habitual fight or flight and learn to calm our nervous systems.
TRIBE BUILDING
We will build a tribe/community of like-minded people that you can connect with for support when you need it
REFLECTION
Your reflection time will allow you to assimilate the transformational work that we did during our sessions.
