MY WHY
After herniating a disc in my neck in 2015 and then undergoing a full hip replacement in 2016, I made the decision to take charge of my wellness and come back more fit and strong than before my surgeries.

From that point on, I have embarked on a journey not only of achieving optimal fitness in my body but a journey of self-discovery. As part of my journey starting in 2016, I have listened to over 800 hours of health and fitness podcasts and read over 200 books on nutrition, supplementation, exercise, yoga, meditation, and neurofeedback.

In November of 2022, my life suddenly changed and placed me on a path I didn't expect. I lost my only son, Hunter, unexpectedly and so I decided to create another retreat focusing on grief and healing.

We are holistic individuals and in order to achieve optimal health in our bodies, we also need to achieve optimal health on the inside, meaning finding an inner balance within.
MY MISSION
After hitting rock bottom physically and mentally, I spent 7 years finding the tools to make my mental, emotional, and physical health a priority. I can honestly say that I look and feel more vibrant at 52 than I did at 35.
My mission is to genuinely help you become the best version of yourself and stand beside you as you move past your current limitations and into a life of freedom, however that may look for you. With the right mindset and support, we can take control of our healing journey and regain hope for the future.

I believe in helping people of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds transform their lives through nutrition, supplementation, yoga, and mindfulness techniques. Because life's too short not to fix your shit.
